• Requires excellent human relations skills to communicate information clearly and accurately to guests and callers using your upbeat, professional mannerisms in a way that reflects positively on the company.
• Ability to use the company’s multi-line phone system, audio pagers, and other devices for accurately assisting callers and guests.
• Must be able to clearly communicate knowledge of Genie departments and internal contacts to external customers and Genie employees accurately and professionally both verbally and written.
• The position requires a working knowledge of general office clerical methods. Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (understanding on the use of spreadsheets, graphics, and databases through queries and data entry screens).
• Requires the ability to clearly communicate with fellow team members and maintain harmony in the work setting. Ability to work independently performing all of the duties of the position accurately and efficiently.
• Requires the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in order to meet schedules and timelines.
• Provide backup to teammates and may assist the administrative staff on special projects.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks while on switchboards with aggressive attention to detail
