Ultimate Staffing is currently searching for an experienced collections rep, with A/P knowledge and data entry experience. The position is multi-faceted and requires a fairly wide range of skills. The ideal candidate would be able to provide excellent customer service in a collections environment, as well as Accounts Payables support.





This position would be temp to hire, and would be a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. We are looking for a committed individual seeking long-term employment.





Requirements:


• Microsoft Office proficiency (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Prior collections experience (1-3 years preferred)


• Excellent customer service skills


• Knowledge of basic Accounts Payables processing


• Proficient and accurate data entry skills


• Excellent organizational skills


• Desire to implement new systems and think outside the box


• Associate’s degree or higher preferred


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
