i need a living space for $250/mo or less. i just want cheap rent so i can use my time to make things. i am a female in my early twenties who is open-minded & laid-back. i don't require anything fancy or furnished but i am a private person so something with a private entrance would be great. converted garage or attic space would work well. i wouldn't have more than two people over ever, i am quiet and pretty tidy but don't require anything beyond a functionally clean space. must be queer or queer-friendly. i have lived a lot of different places including housing collectives, will participate in rotating chore list or communal food shares, any necessary house meetings etc. but collective or coop atmosphere not required. i have been traveling/backpacking around the country for the past two months & wouldn't be in the area until the first week in october, which is when i would want to occupy the space, so i would want pictures of the house & room before i agree to rental.
