I am hosting a movie night at the Process Work Institute in NW Portland tonight, Wed, August 29 in honor of the 2 Year Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.



We will show a 2 hour PBS documentary about the rich history of New Orleans, both pre and post Katrina. Doors will open at 6:30PM and movie will start at 6:45PM.



I will have a pot of Red Beans and Rice and some cornbread to snack on. After the film, we will open up the floor for some questions and answers. Many of the folks who choose to come will be attending a special New Orleans/Katrina themed facilitators workshop in Yachats next week. I hope the showing of this film will be an act of honoring this anniversary and also an educational tool that we can use to help 'prepare the field' for the work the facilitators are going to do at the conference in Yachats.
