1. Recruit healthcare professionals through various sources provided by club staffing. This includes leads (NO COLD CALLING), files, and referrals
2. Facilitate the hiring process including screening, interviewing and credentialing.
3.Manage up to 75 healthcare candidates and place them on travel assignments through out the country
4. Build and maintain a strong long term relationship with candidates.
5. Meet daily goals of outgoing calls and candidate submissions
6. Resolve candidate customer service issues.
