Community Services minded individual needed with Section 42 Tax Credit experience for SRO (Single Room Occupancy) building in downtown Portland. Are you interested in a career that is more than just a paycheck? This position will assist the manager with resident recertifications and must be very organized as well as work within deadlines.
Skills needed include
~ previous Section 42 Tax Credit experience or aptitude to learn;
~ working knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law, Excel and Word;
~ time management skills;
~ and be customer service oriented.
