Summary:
The Sales Operations Lead under general supervision will help manage the overall Sales Operations process including; SRNs, Leads, Account Manager Contact and related activities. In addition the Leads role will include assisting the Department Manager with administrative duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervises two or more full-time or part-time employees on a regular basis.
Provides guidance, direction, and assistance to assigned employees for work allocation, on the job training and problem resolution in order to meet individual and team operating goals and timelines.
Assists assigned employees with the more specialized and difficult work activities concerning billing or collecting on claims submitted to the insurance company and or the patient.
Motivates assigned employees to achieve optimum productivity and performance.
As appropriate, participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for the team
Recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
Recommends adjustments to departmental workflow to efficiently and effectively accomplish assigned objectives.
Recommends departmental policy development and revision to Manager.
Maintains appropriate internal controls over Sales Operations as well as monitors employees for compliance with established policies, procedures and standards.
Evaluates staff performance and makes recommendations to the Department Manager for personnel actions.
Processes and approves payroll time sheets.
Initiates and coordinates projects with other departments and interacts with other department personnel to accomplish project objectives.
Attends all department meetings when required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Six months experience in Sales Operation and has knowledge of Sales Operations procedures, standards and documentation requirements.
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, devolving and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Experienced in using email, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good math and reading comprehension skills.
Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals.
Organized, self-motivated, dependable, flexible and a problem solver.
Working Conditions:
General office environment that will include frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting, fingering, repetitive motions of the hands/wrists, reaching, grasping and handling. This position also requires occasional bending, squatting, standing, and walking. Pushing, pulling lifting and carrying of up to 10 lbs. is required on an occasional basis. Good general vision and hearing are needed.
