It's August and the West Coast Headquarters of International Sports Management is celebrating its First Anniversary with an office expansion. We've outgrown our current space and are doubling our size!



As the global leader in corporate sports hospitality, we're looking for aggressive, articulate, driven, money motivated individuals that are capable of closing six-figure deals with senior level management in Fortune America. This will be done primarily via the telephone as the daily territory includes the entire U.S. and abroad. We also are only looking for individuals that wish to grow into a management role within the next year.



Some of the events we produce include The Masters, Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, World Cup Soccer, the entire NCAA Basketball Tournament and over 40 additional events around the globe. You will be selling events that are in excess of $100K+. ISM custom creates these packages, designed to entertain elite corporate clients. Corporate America uses our offerings to foster key relationships and our client list reads like a who's who of the Fortune 1000. There are many companies and divisions still left to bring aboard as clients, and that's where you'll step in. Once trained, you will assist in managing our very extensive client list, including your own accounts.

What We Require:



- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field AND/ OR

At least 1 year in sales experience required, with inside sales preferred.

- Dedicated work ethic that strives to go above and beyond

- Must have direct sales experience

- Aptitude to negotiate and close business via the phone

- Able to successfully generate new business through cold calling.

- Demonstrated experience in selling across an entire organization

- Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories shouldn't stop us from interviewing you for the position and your next career!
