We are attempting to create inexpensive studio spaces. The spaces are located in the basement of a 1913 building on SE 10th & Pine Sts (it was originally a commercial laundry). There is some day light windows (about half of the space) and the ceiling height is 14 feet. Spaces are being remodeled with walls, doors, gas heat and electrical outlets.


Sq Ft; 200, $170 plus 5% of the utility bills for electricity & gas costs


Sq Ft; 300, $250 plus 5% of the utility bills for electricity & gas costs





Sq Ft; 400, $300 plus 5% of the utility bills for electricity & gas costs


Sq Ft; 500, $350 plus 5% of the utility bills for electricity & gas costs


Sq Ft; 600, $425 plus 10% of the utility bills for electricity & gas costs





Sq Ft; 800, $525 plus 10% of the utility bills for electricity & gas costs
