Hi there!

Here's my situation:



I am a female, 23-yr-old, full-time student at Marylhurst University who also works (nearly) full-time as a recruiter with a firm in Beaverton (not home a whole heck of a lot). I am currently renting a room in a house that is going up for sale (in close-in SE) and need a new place to move into on September 1st. This upcoming fall term will be my last before I graduate, and I plan to leave Portland for an internship immediately following finals, which is why I only need a room for 3 months.



Me: clean, (non-judgmental and laid-back) vegan, respectful, community-minded, musician (practice at school, not home - don't worry, I'm not noisy!), fun-loving, creative. Not a home body. Doesn't own any pets, but loves all animals.



You: I don't care how old you are, what gender you are, whether you are a breeder, a lesbian, a loner, a single mother with a house full of kids, a jesus freak, or an alcoholic - I can get along with anyone and put up with anything for 3 months (within certain safety parameters).



I'm REALLY trying to avoid signing a lease because it's SUCH a short-term period of time.



As long as you're at least respectful of others' property and privacy, I really don't have any other personal preferences. Wouldn't it be nice to save some $$ on rent for a couple months? Rent me your guest bedroom!



I would prefer somewhere in relatively close-in Southeast or Northeast, in the $300-$600 price range, but let's talk regardless! As you can tell, I'm quite flexible.
