Did you witness the accident today, Tuesday, August 21st at 11:20AM? A female pedestrian was hit at 2nd and Washington in Portland. The vehicle was a newer model black sedan. Please help by contacting us as soon as possible. We would greatly appreciate any info you may have. Thank you so much.
