Teens …tired of smoking, but finding it hard to quit?

QUIThelper is a stop-smoking program just for teens.


It provides brief telephone counseling with a professional quit coach and a website to help make quitting easier. This program is available for a limited time as part of a research study, funded by the National Institutes of Health and conducted by Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Health Research.





Who can join?





Teens, ages 15 to 19, who smoke cigarettes, even just a few a month. You do not have to be a Kaiser Permanente member to join this free program.
