Single dad needs quiet safe home

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom aprtment for myself and my almost 2 year old daughter. My wife and I are seperating and I am trying to find a home in or very near the Woodstock neighborhood to move to. My wife and I will be sharing custody of my daughter approximately 3-4 days a week and being close to my current location is critical.


I would love to find a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment located off of someone's private home. A fenced yard and a quiet street are a plus.


I am a clean, quiet and respectable person who has never had any problems with landlords, neighbors, etc.


I am 36 years old, a non-smoker, and I don't have any pets(with no plans of getting any).


I have been employed in the same profession for about 15 years.
