Responsibilities/Requirements include:

• GOOD communications skills

• 5+ years Sun IdM Experience – implementation, requirements analysis, use case development, and architecture

• Do not need hard core adapter development, but do need forms, BPE, and basic installation experience

• Sun LDAP Experience – architecture, requirements, and implementation (non-technical)

• Documentation – all above requirements will have significant documentation expertise for customer deliverables, and will need someone who can develop technical to end user documentation for turnover

• Presentation skills – User acceptance, developer, and business proponent presentations are important, both for mentoring and knowledge transfer, as well as for operational support functions

• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
