National company seeks dedicated, energetic and motivated individual to become an integral part of their dynamic legal team. This in-house position offers the opportunity for a variety of responsibilities from assisting the general counsel with corporate contract review to managing the daily operations of the office. This temp-to-hire opportunity requires 5-8 years of combined legal and administrative experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small, team oriented environment. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate contracts and business law. In addition, managerial experience including budgeting, marketing, records maintenance and status reporting is highly preferred.
