***Dental Tx/Financial Coordinator / Office Mgr. Position Wanted***
Portland, OR • 08/21/2007
Hi! I am a dental assistant with 10 years experience in the dental field. I have years of back and front office experience. I am an excellent back office assistant, but it's taking a toll on my neck and back, with all that bending and turning myself into a pretzel to see around the doctor's hands and do my job. I do front office work too, and have honed my skills as a treatment and financial coordinator at my present job. However, where I am working now, my front office position is secondary to back office. I have gone as far as I can with my position, as the office I work in is small and being a treatment/financial coordinator is not a full time option for a position at my office. I want to work exclusively up front in a treatment & financial coordinator or office manager position. I am very professional, neat & tidy, an excellent communicator, and show great respect to the patient. I have Eaglesoft experience too.
I enjoy presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients. I can answer clinical questions and help patients understand their proposed treatment. I have no problems discussing fees and taking payments. I currently am in charge of collections, sending statements, formulating and presenting treatment plans, and presenting financial options at my present job. I enjoy that part of my job greatly and know that I can be an asset to your dental office. I am fiercely loyal and aim to please. If that sounds good to you, then read on!
I am seeking:
1. A cheerful, wonderful, friendly doctor with a similar staff. It is so important to enjoy where you work, so the staff dynamic is vital. I like to have fun and look forward to going to work. I don't care for "drama". I've already been through high school once.
2. Mon-Thurs workweek. (32-36 hrs.) I have a life outside of work and choose to enjoy it, and so should you!
3. Gresham / East Portland area preferred. (Willing to go a little further for the right office & terms.) I don't like long commutes, do you?
4. An excellent compensation package including paid vacation & paid holiday. I like to be appreciated for my work efforts by being well-compensated.
If you are intrigued, and I hope you are, send me an email identifying you and your office. Let me know a little about you too. Give me your fax number so that I can fax over my resume if you wish. If it looks like there is a possibility for a good fit, let's arrange a meeting!
I look forward to it!
Have a fabulous day!
