We’re looking for an Administrative Intern to join our Portland, Oregon Administration team. The right candidate will be prepared to assist Ziba’s administrative group, including standard office clerk duties, filing, running errands and greeting clients and guests. If you are excited to learn about the day to day life of a design office, we want to hear from you.



To succeed in this position at Ziba, you will need:



- The ability to learn new tasks quickly and to be a self-starter

- Exemplary interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

- Strong written communication skills

- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion

- A focus on detail and accuracy

- An ability to prioritize conflicting tasks



Ziba is looking for candidates with some experience and coursework in business administration. A comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite is preferred.
