I was employed by Daubert Associates to manage a small group of canvassers in Missoula, Montana. We were successful at qualifying the initiative for the November election (a letter of recommendation is available from this employer upon request).
My pay was $2000/mo.
Feb 2006 to July 2006
I was employed by Citizens for a Safer Portland to manage a small group of people to qualify an initiative for the November ballot. Though my crew was responsible for gathering over 16,500 signatures, the initiative did not qualify for the 2006 ballot.
I was paid $500 per week.
2002 to 2006
During this period I owned a company called Against The Grain Campaigns, which was a political consulting firm which consulted organizations and individuals on how to create, manage and be successful at operating statewide and local political campaigns. I was usually paid a commission or flat fee as an independent contractor, averaging approx. $2000 per month.
February 2000 to November 2002
I was co-author and campaign manager for Oregon’s ballot measure 27 (The campaign to label genetically engineered food). We qualified the initiative for the 2002 general election, raised over $200,000 from supporters, and secured Paul McCartney as our spokesperson. We received 34% of the vote due to our opposition (the biotech industry) spending a record breaking 8.4 million dollars on TV and radio ads against us.
I was paid $400 per week.

I was “Tier Two” technical support for AT&T Broadband which is now Comcast). My job was to deal with customers and their problems with internet service. I left in January after the I wasn’t able to get more than 25 hours per week. I was paid $10.65 per hour
June 1993 to September 1996
I was hired as the restaurant manager for Pelican Pizza in Bodega Bay, California. My job was to manage employees, make pizzas and various coffee drinks, handle cash, manage inventory, open and close the restaurant and take care of customers. I was paid $10.50 per hour.
