The Marketing Graphic Designer will support Marketing, Graphics, and the Content Coordinator as described below. This entry to mid level position reports to the Graphics Manager. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and associated file formats is necessary to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities
Act as graphic support for all Marketing projects. Responsible for reproduction of existing marketing materials, adapting and updating materials for specific projects, and maintaining supplies necessary to do so.
Update marketing materials per redesign/updates
Design proposals, charts, and visual aids for RFQ presentations
Color correct, touch-up, catalog, and maintain portfolio and image library
Update web site using Dreamweaver, html knowledge a plus
Act as support to the Graphic Design team and the Content Coordinator by preparing images for in-house use and to be outsourced.
Design and production of original exhibit layouts as needed
Scan images in-house for final production and outsource items when necessary
Monitor and order in-house graphic printing supplies
Archive jobs upon completion and print directories
Aid in maintaining the Macintosh server
